Wendy Yan

Ms. Yan oversees the acquisitions team in underwriting and structuring tax credit transactions for WNC’s closing. Prior to joining WNC in 2011, Ms. Yan worked as an affordable housing developer and a senior project manager for two regional development firms. She received a bachelor of science in psychology and a master of arts in urban planning from the University of California, Los Angeles.
