Kyle Rutledge

Kyle oversees WNC’s stabilized asset management team, which is comprised of 11 asset managers and over 650 assets. Kyle has worked in asset management and affordable housing for 15 years and has developed strong relationships with WNC’s developer partners over his 11-year tenure at WNC. He holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Louisiana State University.
