As Vice President of New Construction at Community Preservation Partners (CPP), Marie leads the company’s efforts to grow its new construction platform, overseeing complex development strategies from initial concept through financing and execution in all markets.
Before joining CPP, Marie held senior development roles at The John Stewart Company, BRIDGE Housing Corporation, and Related Companies. Marie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of San Diego.
