Kelli Ozdemir

Kelli Ozdemir is Senior Vice President – Asset Management. Ms. Ozdemir leads the Asset Management team, which includes Stabilized, Construction Risk Management, Compliance, and Partnership Accounting. Prior to joining WNC, Kelli served as Managing Director of Portfolio Management at a national syndicator in the affordable housing industry. Ms. Ozdemir oversaw multiple teams who worked with developer and investor clients to protect the investment. Kelli is a member of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network and is involved with the Indiana Chapter. She also volunteers at the Breakthrough T1D organization, and is President of the Indiana Chapter. Ms. Ozdemir holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Butler University.
