Erik Geho

Mr. Geho is responsible for investor due diligence and property pipelines. Prior to joining WNC in 2024, Mr. Geho structured and underwrote LIHTC debt, and equity investments across market rate, affordable, and senior multifamily housing transactions at a national finance company. Erik holds a master of business administration and a master of science in information technology from Duquesne University, along with a bachelor of science in geology from the University of Pittsburgh.
