An Involved, Responsive Team

As one of our potential partners, you’ll get to know our decision makers well.

Our Origination Team will serve as your advocate. Its six members will use their average of 17 years of LIHTC experience to fully understand your needs, working with you to negotiate investment contracts that work for you.

Our Underwriting Team will be your single point of contact to close your transaction. Its ten members average 12 years in LIHTC and perform comprehensive underwriting of investments. Our Underwriting team has the sophistication and experience to help you structure even the most complicated LIHTC.
