Thomas F. Maxwell has joined WNC & Associates, Inc., a leading syndicator of affordable housing since 1971, as Vice President - Originations. He is responsible for the firm’s property acquisitions in the northeast region of the country.

A 17-year veteran of the low-income housing tax credit industry, Mr. Maxwell brings recognized leadership, strong interpersonal skills and 20 plus years of real estate experience to the position. His background includes originating, structuring and closing all types of affordable housing developments. Prior to joining WNC & Associates, Inc., he served as a principal team leader for a major national syndicator for ten years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio and an M.B.A. from The Graduate School of Business at Boston University.
