Asset Manager
WNC & Associates, a tax credit investment firm, is headquartered in Irvine, California with regional offices located throughout the United States, is looking for Asset Managers who will be home based. An Asset Manager position is open in each of the following states: California, Texas, Minnesota and New York.
Position Responsibilities:
Position responsibilities include oversight of portfolio of affordable multifamily communities, including the following:
- Monitoring and analysis of property operations and workout/resolution of underperforming assets.
- Preparation and review of profoma operating analysis.
- Analyses of property performance.
- Communication/Interface with General Partner and Managing Agents.
- Production of a detailed analysis of underperforming assets with associated workout plan.
- Physical site inspections and property management review-may require 50% national travel.
Requirements:
- Position requires 7-10 years of multifamily property or asset management experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Communication skills.
- Working knowledge of various computer programs (Word, Excel, Lotus, etc.).
This position reports to the Vice President of Asset Management.
