Rancho Niguel Apartments
WNC has rehabilitated Rancho Niguel Apartments, a 51-unit complex located in the city of Laguna Niguel, California. Rehabilitation of the Rancho Niguel Apartments preserved the apartments as affordable for another 30 years. Renovations included new kitchens; new facades including exterior siding and windows; new landscaping, including a new tot lot; and refurbishment of common areas including the community meeting space and management office. The project was financed with both public and private revenues. WNC is both developer and property manager for Rancho.
